Chcem ti vyrozprávať, čím je pre mňa Ježiš. Od tej chvíle, keď sa Pánom mojím stal, celkom uvoľnil môj zotročený život. Čo svet nemôže dať, On mi hojne dal.
Translation: I want to tell you, what Jesus is to me. From that moment on, since He became my Lord, He has completely freed my enslaved life. What the world cannot give, He has given me abundantly.

Nikto nemiluje ako Ježiš, nikto nemôže tak verným byť. On ma vyslobodil z jarma vín a hriechov, teraz môžem šťastný žiť.
Translation: No one loves like Jesus, No one can be so faithful. He has set me free from the yoke of guilt and sin, Now I can live happy.

Než ma našiel, bol som podmanený hriechom, v srdci mojom vládla bieda, pustota. Vzal ma Spasiteľ na milostivé dlane, slávne preniesol na cestu života.
Translation: Before he found me, I was under the bondage of sin, my heart was in misery, desolation. The Saviour took me in his gracious arms, He gloriously carried me on the path of life.

Deň za dňom je Ježiš mojej duši bližšie. Deň za dňom je drahší Jeho ľúby hlas. Radujem sa, že raz úplne s Ním splyniem, až Ho uvidím v tej ríši nebies krás.
Translation: Day by day Jesus is closer to my soul. Day by day is dearer His loving voice. I rejoice, that one day I will be completely one with Him, when I shall see Him in that realm of heavenly beauty.
